I am able to provide clients with a unique perspective from not only living on the different lakes, but also what it is like to build and /or renovate properties in the different townships. I am able to facilitate with the township, inform clients on building and site plan matters and code, and provide trades and suppliers that I have had personal positive experiences with. I am also available year round in the area.
